Day One ~ Rio de Janeiro
7:00 AM – 10:30 AM: Buffet Breakfast is served in the restaurant, Garganta del Diablo
Afternoon: Arrive in Rio de Janeiro, and private transfer to the Ipanema Plaza Hotel for checkin.
Evening: Authentic Brazilian Rodizio Dinner. Tonight we dine in one of our favorite restaurants in Rio. Dinner is included, and alcoholic beverages are on your own account. Enjoy an extensive buffet of salads, sushi, sashimi, antipasto, fresh fish, and top rated beef at one of the worlds finest and most famous Brazilian barbecue restaurants, boasting spectacular food, just steps from our hotel.
After dinner, some may wish to join us at a gay bar near the Ipanema Plaza Hotel

Day Two ~ Rio de Janeiro
7:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Buffet Breakfast is served in the Ipanema Plaza
Morning: Half Day City Tour. Our expert guide will lead us through the historic colonial avenues, squares and back streets of Rio, explaining the important historical, political and social events that shaped Rio into South America's most exciting and marvelous city. During our tour, we will head up to the Sugarloaf mountain and see Rio laid out below us in all its glory. Then we will explore Rio’s Historic Centro (center) to experience what you've seen from on high. Time permitting, we will wander old Rio poking our heads into any one of countless baroque churches and visiting the spectacular modern cathedral. We will visit the famous Arcos da Lapa.
Afternoon: Tropical Lunch
Reservations have been made at one of the best restaurants in Rio de Janeiro, Aprazivel serving artesanal tropical Brazilian cuisine. Lunch and drinks are on your own account.
Tonight, those interested will proceed to The Week, to do a little dancing. The Week has won acclaim as one of world’s hottest gay dance clubs.

Day Three ~ Rio de Janeiro
7:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Buffet Breakfast is served in the Ipanema Plaza
Day at leisure to enjoy the outdoor market just steps from the Ipanema Plaza Hotel, spend the day at the beach, go shopping, or enjoy optional activities such as our favela tour.
Afternoon: Escorted Favela Tour
Includes guided tour, transportation and entrance fees. (Optional activity).
Afternoon: Tandem Hang-gliding/para-gliding with a licensed professional. Includes a 20-30 minute a tandem hand- gliding/para-gliding experience with licensed instructor, club fees and transportation to platform. This activity is weather dependent. (Optional activity).
Tonight, those interested will proceed out on the town for a gay nightlife excursion.

Day Four ~ Rio de Janeiro
7:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Buffet Breakfast is served in the Ipanema Plaza
Day at leisure to spend the day at the beach, finish your shopping at such nearby stores at Osklen Beach or Blue Man, or enjoy optional activities such as hang-gliding.
12:00 PM Noon: Hotel Check Out. The Ipanema Plaza will gladly store your luggage while you explore the day in Rio. Please be sure to put your Zoom Luggage tags on your bags to help the hotel identify your bags easily.
