Hotel: The Hotel Art, a member of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World

Hip, modern design in a former college building in the heart of Rome, Hotel Art by Piazza di Spagna pays homage to contemporary art with four floors of visual surprises, a spectacular lobby, an exquisite restaurant and an atmospheric courtyard bar.

Enter via a minimalist corridor of gleaming white marble and shiny pebbles to a large hall with a vaulted cobalt blue ceiling decorated in golden stars and lit by hanging lights reminiscent of white candy floss. The reception resembles a large white Perspex egg, while upstairs the corridors on each floor are a luminous blue, orange, yellow or green.

In contrast, guest rooms are traditional, decorated in relaxing neutral shades with parquet flooring and leather headboards. Enjoy a cocktail in the courtyard bar and then wander into the city of Rome.

LOCATION
Via Margutta, Rome. Close to the Spanish Steps and a short walk from Piazza del Popolo and Villa Borghese.

THINGS TO ENJOY
Fitness centre, sauna, Turkish bath, Swedish shower.

NEAR HOTEL ART BY PIAZZA DI SPAGNA
St. Peter’s Basilica, The Spanish Steps, Via Condotti, Roman Forum, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain.

Mediterranean Mega-Yacht Trip 2009 Video

Click on the video to the right to get an idea of our mega-yacht voyages! We started in Venice, and went to several Croatian, Turkish, and Greek ports, including Mykonos, and ended in Athens. We jet-skied in Dubrovnik, had a private concert in the ruins of Ephesus, and ate and drank incredibly well on the yacht. In addition to seeing beautiful sites, we spent some important time pampering ourselves. One can never get too much of that!

Testimonials From Past Zoom Cruisers

One of the worst things about the recent Zoom Vacation tour on SeaDream to Croatia (okay, the ONLY thing wrong with the Croatia trip) was the fact that I did not get to personally thank you for such an amazing adventure and to get a chance to tell you how much I enjoyed meeting you! It's often just the simple things with me that make the most lasting impression. So, I LOVED my Zoom vacation, and I am definitely considering Rome to Rome in June. I'm sort of in that post-vacation frame of mind right now where I'm in a daze. Was it all a dream? You know, sorta like Christmas. You wait months and months for the big day to come, and in a matter of mere minutes you've opened the presents, the food has been eaten, and the Christmas tree is coming down. You're left thinking, "it can't be over yet!" It's the same with me right now. Well, they say the best way to get over one trip is to start planning another one. So, Rome....here I come. Just wanted to take an opportunity to give you a cyber-hug and say thanks. You made an excellent vacation even more excellent!

Wayne, Palm Springs: Zoom Croatia Cruise 2006

Dear Bryan and Joel,

Thank you for arranging another wonderful vacation for me. It seems each Zoom Vacation is so different that you never know really what to expect, other than knowing it will be a wonderful experience. Keeping it short: Peru was a fascinating cultural experience; Brazil was exciting and highly charged, and the Dalmation coast was enchanting. Also, I met some of the most compatible and charming guys I have met in my life!

Joel and Bryan,

Thank you for the photos!  They are great!  We had such a great time and can not wait to go on another adventure with you!

Shane, Salt Lake City: Zoom Croatia Cruise 2006

Our Zoom cruise was absolutely my highlight of 2004.  See you in 2005!
